63  orienteers took part. (There were only 3  organising Tintookies  who did not actually go orienteering. ie the whole event was  low key except for the cooking beforehand). Only 27 controls, no  SI,  DYO time calculations and punch checking.
In terms of coaching and training value, this format put pressure on partners—not to keep the other half waiting. Some did! (less so, the couples that knew each other well)
