Wallaringa Orienteers Incorporated was formed in 1978, we have approximately 30 individual and family memberships with many experienced people contributing to the efficient running of our club administration and orienteering events.

We usually host about 5 events each year on maps in the Mt Crawford forest, Belair Park, Eastern Adelaide Hills and more occasionally in the Burra area.

Over the years we have recorded an impressive list of champion orienteers in age classes from 10 to 75. The majority of South Australia's current elite Women are Wallaringans.

During the season we have a number of organised social gatherings at events and our restaurant nights are always a success.

Most of our members live in the suburbs from Glenelg to Highbury to Blackwood and Kingston Park, a few in the near country such as Mylor, Birdwood and Mannum, but the geographical centre of gravity of Wallaringa's area is surely the South Eastern suburbs and hills region.
